Professional Female Lodger for Georgian townhouse

We're looking for a professional female lodger to welcome into a beautiful home from 1st May. The room for rent has stunning floor to ceiling Georgian windows, and a juliette balcony.

The house is situated in the heart of Camberwell Grove with cute cafes, bars and restaurants on this much sought after South East London tree-lined street.

Denmark Hill station is a 3 minute walk away, with 9 minute direct trains into London Victoria, or 10 minutes to Clapham Junction and Canary Wharf.

The house is shared by two females, one is another lodger and then myself and my 13 year old son and a lovely cat. My son is here half the time. The lodger and myself are in our early 40’s, and working professionals.

The house is a tall 5 storey Georgian townhouse with a large garden that is suitable for alfresco dining ( when the weather allows!). There's a garage at the end of the garden which can be used for storing bikes etc.

The room is the largest in the house with huge floor to ceiling balcony windows, and views from both front and the back of the house onto the tree lined street, and out to the private garden.

The room comes with a double bed, and a beautiful large wardrobe with optional chest of drawers and plenty of storage. At one end of the room there's a seating area with a chair and coffee table, which could also hold an armchair for those cosy nights. It’s the grandest bedroom in the house, and as it’s on the 2nd floor up it has beautiful views of the sunsets over the Grove. Once you're in the room you feel very private as though you’re in your very own bedsit.

Downstairs is an eat-in dining room, galley kitchen with all mod cons (a new Smeg oven for those that like cooking). The kitchen leads out onto a balcony, patio and garden which is all shared. Downstairs there's also a communal snug for reading/watching TV. Although to be honest, you may prefer to be in your own room and watch movies upstairs as it’s so relaxing.

The rent is £1200.00/month which includes all bills (inc. council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi) and there's full use of the laundry room. The deposit is 1 months rent to secure the room.
