It is based in the London Borough of Southwark is a stone throw from King's College Hospital and the University of Arts in Camberwell (UAL). It is close to train, tube stations (Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill), bus routes, surgery, library, post office, major supermarkets as well boutique shops, restaurants / cafes, pubs and leisure facilities. The property boasts private parking and security entry door.
