I'm pretty normal-gym/cinema/going out...the usual! I like to think I'm fun and sociable but I 100% also enjoy my own time. I work from home 2 days per week. I typically go out to socialise and am up and out by 7am most days for gym classes. Love trashy TV, a glass of wine and am easy to live with.

Professional, 30yrs + (sorry no students.)
Looking for someone who has their own social life and is just as independent as me. Guy or girl works and happy to consider mon-fri option too. Would love someone who doesn’t take hours in the bathroom and ideally someone who works from home a max of 1 day per week.

YOUR ROOM/THE FLAT
The flat has loads of daylight and has awesome views of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and the Shard.
Shared bathroom with shower and bath, fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, open plan big living/dining/kitchen and the added bonus of a balcony.
Your room is all great quality furniture including a bed with under loads of bed storage and mattress, big double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, coat rack and bedside table. Cleaner comes twice per month (£30 each)

Looking for longer term flatmate so offering a minimum of 3 months with a rolling contract going forward if we're both happy. My housemates have lived here for 4 years / 2 years / 1 year / 2.5yrs and have only left as they were buying their own places.

Loads of parks nearby, good cheap gym options, lots of supermarkets (Morrisons, Co-Op, Tesco express) and a Farmers market at the weekends. Close to Peckham and Brixton and 30 mins to central London!
