Bright double room in Camberwell (2-3 nights pw)

I live in a beautiful 2 bedroom flat on Camberwell Grove and I'm looking for a lodger for the second bedroom for up to 3 nights per week.

My wonderful housemate is moving back to Margate full time, so I'm looking for someone to move in to the second bedroom from 22 February. The flat would be ideal for someone who works in London on a hybrid basis and wants a base a few nights a week. NB: there's one bathroom so it would be shared.

The flat is furnished and in pristine condition on one of London's most beautiful streets. The bedroom I'm renting has views of the City at night and overlooks gardens, so it's very peaceful. There's a private garden for residents with key access behind the house.

Camberwell is well connected to the City and central/east London via Denmark Hill train and overground (Zone 2) which is 7 mins walk. East Dulwich train station is 8 mins away with trains to London Bridge and a quick journey to Gatwick.

Camberwell has an excellent food scene and artsy community. There are also plenty of buses into central London. East Dulwich and Peckham are both 15 mins walk with a lot of independent shops and restaurants.

I work in policy and am based in the office 3 days a week. My interests include theatre, new fiction and opera. I travel frequently. I'm looking for someone independent and fun who is looking for a calm environment when at home.
