Double Bedroom with two large windows which can be opened. The flat is situated on the ground floor and a spacious patio and garden which is great for the summer. Flat has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area which leads to the garden.

Located in Kennington on John Ruskin Street , smack in the middle of two of south London's largest parks, with excellent transport links to the city, and to the centre of town. Both accessible in around half an hour either by bus or tube.

Kennington Station is a 10 minute walk.
Elephant and Castle is a 15 minute walk.

We have a secure bike shed should you need it. There 24hr CCTV in the entrance and surround complex.

There are no less than 4 supermarkets (of varying size/quality) located well within walking distance, and a 24hr gym less than a 2 min walk down the road. As well as several other gyms less than 10 mins away.

We are a sociable house who do spend time with one another in the living room.
