We’re looking for a third flat-mate to join our 3-bed Camberwell Victorian flat. We’re two 25 year old young professionals, looking for a new flatmate as our current one is sadly moving out.
We’re looking for a female professional to take on the tenancy on the 9th of June. References will be required. We’re open to cats :) We’re looking to find someone by the 9th of May!!
We are both pretty easy going, tidy, happy to socialise and equally happy to do our own thing. Both are quite busy during the week but work from home a couple days during the week. Room has space for a desk setup, but working in the shared living space is also welcome! The flat was renovated right before we moved in last year, and all the fittings are lovely!!
Bills are not included but come up to around £150 a month each, cheaper in the summers. Council Tax in Southwark is high. Zone 2 - 15 mins walk from Denmark Hill/Peckham Rye Stations (London Bridge/Blackfriars and Victoria trains all under 20 minutes), 15 mins bus to Oval/Vauxhall underground
