Hello all, I am giving up my lovely room in my two bed flat that I currently share with my cousin Jacob. He is 24 and works as an accountant based in central London. Jacob is a very laid back housemate and enjoys relaxing at home when he is not in the office. He currently works from home one day a week and has an active social calendar, but will always be up for a pint at one of the local pubs. Jacob is after someone of similar age and lifestyle to himself - keen to not just be housemates but also friends, respecting that you both have your own lives as well.

The flat is really modern with high ceilings, and great amenities including dishwasher and washer dryer. The flat is really secure and also comes with a ground floor balcony. Your room is spacious and features a double built-in wardrobe and bed.

Bills are split equally and not included in rent, approximately £150 each. The location of the flat is great with Oval station (Northern line) being a 15 minute walk away. There are also great bus connections getting you into central within half an hour. Council tax band C.

There is a video tour of the flat available on request. Room available from July/August we can be flexible with the move in date.
