The house is right on the edge of Burgess Park, within a quiet, lovely secluded square. The street borders onto Burgess Park and the room overlooks the backyard and offers a comfortable and quiet space to relax.

You'll be sharing with:
Natalia (24): a graphic designer who enjoys anything creative, chess, techno, cooking and spending time with her friends.

Victoria (33): is an architect who recently moved to London. She enjoys playing chess, going to museums and bouldering

Clara (20): a drama student passionate about music, literature, and theatre.

We are a flat that speaks Spanish, French and English.

We’re looking for a housemate who is tidy, easygoing, sociable, and has their own network in London, but also enjoys engaging with house life—whether that's grabbing the occasional beer, sharing a meal, or just catching up.

We are really sorry to inform that we are not considering full time students due to Council Tax.

Within the square you have the local café, Fowlds's, is a must-visit for great coffee and takeaway food right in the square
Walworth Road is less than 5 minutes away with plenty of options - Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Morrisons, Iceland, as well as cafés, health stores (Boots, Holland & Barrett), gyms, and more.
If that's not enough, we also have excellent transport links: buses from a minute's walk away take you to Oxford Circus and other central locations. Both Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo lines) and Camberwell are a short stroll, with access to great pubs, restaurants, and Denmark Hill Station.

The house includes a spacious living room, large shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the all the essentials. Rent is £730 per month + bills (not including a fortnightly cleaner) come to around £100 each. So total rent is around 850 per month.

We rent from a private landlord, so no agency fees apply - it also helps that she is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and looks after us very well.
