One Spacious Double Room in Camberwell

We currently have one big spacious room going in our house in Camberwell and we are looking for a new flatmate.

The house has 4 floors including a basement. The room is situated on the top floor and it’s big and quiet facing the garden, so there is a lot of natural light coming through in the morning.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, and has wardrobes, built-in shelves, a desk and some cupboards. There is a shower/bathroom and a separate toilet on the same floor.

There are two bathrooms (one has a toilet inside) and two separate toilets. On the basement floor, we have a laundry room including a tumble dryer and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher, so no need to wash dishes!

We have a large living room that comes with a TV and a bigger garden where bikes can be kept.

The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to Peckham, 10 minute bus ride to Brixton and there are easy transport links to Northern or Victoria lines. The road is pretty well connected and you are not far away from multiple buses.

The room is £950 a month including the bills. This includes heating, wifi, council tax, water, and a cleaner that comes in twice a month.

There are 4 of us at the moment, Ben (British 27m), Laura (British 28f), Jeta (Italian 36f), and Jack (British 26m).
