Shared spaces are the kitchen, a storage space in the kitchen, second bathroom and the garden.

The room is set up for someone looking for a calm, peaceful, private and fully equipped master bedroom or apartment studio style space within a homely and relaxed house.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining space and you will share the top floor bathroom with one other female lodger.
