Hello, I’m Rachel and I’ve lived in this flat for 2.5 years. I’m only moving out because my job sitch has changed.

Former council house property with new kitchen and bathroom only a 9 minute walk from Oval station on the Northern line, and 18 min walk to Vauxhall on the Victoria line.

Kennington Park is literally on our doorstep, and there is a Tesco superstore under 20 mins away in Kennington, and a Lidl about 20 mins away in Camberwell.

The Flat:

• Large double bedroom with chest of drawers, clothes rail, bed and mattress included
• Happy to leave the desk also if needed
• Shared large kitchen
• Shared large living room
• Good-sized bathroom with shower and bath
• Separate toilet
• A balcony!

Rent is 895 and all bills (inc Wi-Fi and council tax) are 100. (Total of £995 per month)

The other tenants are Chloe and Maisie, aged 25-26 and both working professionals in London. We’re all quite chill people living independent lives in London who also spend time together and go for drinks/dinner or sit in and watch a film from time to time.

NOTE: The tenancy ends in July but the landlord has agreed to let us extend for another year, with this room’s rent rising from 895 to 950 from then.
