Hello, I’m Rachel and I’ve lived in this flat for 2.5 years. I’m only moving out because my job sitch has changed.
Former council house property with new kitchen and bathroom only a 9 minute walk from Oval station on the Northern line, and 18 min walk to Vauxhall on the Victoria line.
Kennington Park is literally on our doorstep, and there is a Tesco superstore under 20 mins away in Kennington, and a Lidl about 20 mins away in Camberwell.

NOTE: The tenancy ends in July but the landlord has agreed to let us extend for another year, with this room’s rent rising from 895 to 950 from then.
