Close to transport with a bus stop right outside providing quick links to Peckham, New Cross etc, ~10 min walk to Oval station, ~10 min walk to Camberwell Green, 7 min walk to Walworth Road. Amenities nearby: great Turkish food store, Co-Op, Tesco, large Morrisons and Lidl all within 5/10 mins. Also close to a number parks: Myatts Field, Burgess Park, Kennington Park, Ruskin Park.

You'll be living with Will (30, writer) and Atheer (29, works in tech). We're chilled and sociable and enjoy hanging out in the living room and garden, but also happy to give each other space and quiet.
