Large open-plan living area with lots of light. There's a big tv now as well. Kitchen is well equipped - the hob's induction and theres a dishwasher. More plants coming soon.

I moved in recently so still sorting final bits of furniture, DIY, etc. everything is done to a good standard.

4th floor flat with a lift and a secure bike store.

Location:

<10 mins walk to Loughborough Junction, <15 mins to Denmark Hill, < 25 mins to Brixton or Oval (for the tube)

Loads of bus routes at the end of the road, and easy cycling routes into central (I commute to Westminster in 15 mins).

Really close to Camberwell Green – great shops, pubs, cafés, and restaurants. Camberwell is apparently the coolest neighbourhood in the whole country according to timeout.

Rent: £900

+ £150 for bills (absolutely everything – energy, water, council tax (band C), broadband (superfast fibre), and service charge.)

£500 deposit.

About me:

I work as an economist and usually work from home one day a week. I like to keep busy and enjoy running, cycling, tennis, hiking, skiing, and travel. I also really like cooking and going for beers (nothing too silly these days).

Looking for someone around my age to move in.

Move in time can be flexible, as can length of lease.
