Im going away for a month and a bit over winter break and I have a really cute, cozy, and warm room available to sublet over the winter! The flat has multiple bedrooms but currently only one of them is occupied so most of the time it feels like the whole flat is to yourself. There is a large hallway, bathroom, and large kitchen. There is also a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to clean communal areas.
I will be moving most of my valuables into storage so you'll have lots of space to do as you please.
Please note that the bills are mostly covered but if you go above a certain limit then you'll have to pay for extras so remember to turn off unused appliances.
Additionally the smoke alarms work so it is best to smoke out the window or in the balcony.
No pets allowed unfortunately as I have allergies.
