Double en-suite in Camberwell

Our current flatmate is leaving as she has moved to Australia, so we are looking for someone new to move from the 14th march but there is some flexibility before that date

Room Details:

Double bedroom in a lovely 3 bed flat. Bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a lovely big window with a black-out blind and en-suite.

Bills are not included in the rent and come to roughly £140 per person per month. This includes internet, water, electricity, council tax (band C) and TV licence.

We have a beautiful bright open-plan kitchen/living area with a good-sized balcony which overlooks a quiet road. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities but there's plenty of shelf and cupboard space to bring your own things.

There are all the usual amenities in Camberwell all within a 5-10 minute walk including a Morrisons and Lidl, lots of nice pubs and restaurants, and Brunswick and Burgess Park.

Denmark Hill train station is about a 15 minute walk, Oval Station is about 20-25 minute walk and buses (5 minute walk) go to both these stations plus pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in London. There are on-street bike parking hubs all over the neighbourhood.

About us:

We are two girls - an art psychotherapist and an architect. We like a pretty relaxing flat - we both have our own lives and social circles so we respect each other's space, but also enjoy hanging out together in the flat. Evenings are often spent chilling in front of the TV or on the balcony with a glass of wine, but we also like to sometimes head out for drinks/meals/cinema etc.

We're looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy and who wants the flat to become a home rather than just somewhere they rent a room.
