Large Double Bedroom in Camberwell

Hello!

My bedroom is becoming available in Camberwell from April 24th. This would be for a new 1 year lease with my 3 other school/uni mates. You’ll need to pay a deposit which is £950-£1000.

The room is an unfurnished double bedroom
and will cost £900 per month (+ bills which are another £60-£80 per month).

The house is split across 3 floors with a decent sized kitchen, large living room and 2 bathrooms.

We all work in the office 3-5 days a week so the weekdays are fairly chilled and quiet. On weekends we’re often out with our partners or relaxing in the house watching films or sports.

We have pretty decent transport connections nearby with Oval and Brixton tubes about a 10 min bus journey away.

We also have Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill overground stations within 10 mins walk.

Camberwell High St is 2 mins from the house with loads of cool pubs, restaurants, gyms and a Morrisons, tesco express and Lidl.
