Camberwell Townhouse Flat with a Garden :)

Hi! We are İlayda (25) and Léa (28), and we’re looking for a flatmate to share our lovely place in Camberwell with. We graduated from master’s in bioinformatics and music last year. The flat is generally peaceful and quiet, but we do occasionally enjoy hosting gatherings (in the garden!). We like cooking, playing music in the kitchen, and watching netflix together. We’re also always down to grab some food/drinks in the area, or go to exhibitions and screenings.

We are keen on keeping the house clean and tidy and have a weekly scheduled rota for tasks.

We live on a quiet road, but are only a 5 min walk to various buses including 12, 68, 171, 176, 148, 35, 40, and a 15 min walk from the northern line. We are also a short walk away from Burgess park, which has lots of trees and a pretty lake. Walworth road has everything you need in terms of food and shopping, and Camberwell Centre has some great pubs and restaurants.
