I’m looking for a lodger to join me in my lovely light and modern flat
The room: a double room, furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe, desk and shelving. Initially looking for someone for 3 months to see how it goes and hopefully longer term
The flat: is in a great location right between Camberwell and Loughborough Junction giving great access to Loughborough Junction ThamesLink (5 mins walk) Denmark Hill station Windrush Line (13 mins walk). Open plan kitchen / living room with kitchen table, sofa, TV and big windows with lots of light. Plus a cat.
About me: I’m the owner, 33 year old woman, I work in government 9-5pm in the office daily. I love cooking (veggie but you don't have to be), often at yoga / dance class in the evening or cosying down in front of a good TV show.
Flat viewings starting Mon 23 Feb and Thursday 26 Feb. Available to move in from 29 March
