My name is Cameron and I am looking for a new room mate to move in as soon as possible. Although the end of the yearly contract is on 26th of April, my current room mate is able to leave sooner if needed, with the latest date being the 18th of April. We have both been in this flat for two years.
I am a professional, mainly based in Central London. However, my work means I can be out on sites, based in the office and occasionally working from home.
The flat is managed by a London based estate agent who have been very helpful from the start of our tenancy, and will assist in the process of getting your contract etc sorted.
The flat is the top floor of a Victorian townhouse on the edge of Camberwell but within walking distance of Camberwell and Brixton. The closest train station is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of bus routes. The kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom are shared spaces. There is a cleaning cupboard and storage space in the attic which is only accessed from this flat. There is a washing machine and fridge freezer as provided appliances, however, the freezer space will be all yours as I have my own freezer to use.
The room contains an integrated cupboard space and double bed frame, with a view into the back garden area (this is occupied by the ground floor flat).
The current bills on top of the rent of £1000 per month equate to roughly £300 per month which includes electricity, gas, council tax, wifi and water. The water bill is paid annually at the start of the tenancy (late April/early May). The gas is paid quarterly, however, I am looking to make this monthly alongside the electricity. A breakdown can be given when visiting the property.
