A social housemate would be preferable as we have a big living room space although not essential. It’s 10 minutes from Peckham rye station and comes with parking. Current housemate is 30 years old, easy going and tidy. Property will be available from April as thats when the other current housemate moves out. Bills currently come in at around £150 to £200.
