Double Room in Camberwell/Brixton

Hi! We have a double room available in our three-bed flat in Camberwell/Brixton. The room is a bright, sunny, and cosy space in a spacious two-floor flat. The room is definitely very small, but has a built in wardrobe and has cheap(er) rent.

- Rent is £748/month.
- Bills come to around £130/month (cheaper in the summer though).
- MOVE IN IS FLEXIBLE! AROUND FIRST WEEK IN MARCH!
- Sufficient referencing is a must! UK-based guarantor or sufficient employment checks.

The flat has one big living-room/dining-room, with tall ceilings and big windows letting in a lot of light. A kitchen, and one bathroom. We only recently moved in, so are in the process of decorating the flat and making it our own! If you are interested in making the space wholly your own, and being creative with decorating, then this flat would be perfect for you!

We are 2 girls in our mid-20s who love socialising, going to galleries, music, cinema, and trying out different sports/hobbies. We are looking for someone who is similar, very chill, friendly and wants to make the space cosy and lovely :)

Location and Access:
- 5-minute walk to Loughborough Station (Southern Rail and Thameslink)
- 10-minute walk to Denmark Hill Station (Windrush Line Overground)
- 15-minute walk to Brixton Station (Victoria Line)

Local Area:
The local scene is so lively! We’re right in the heart of Camberwell, surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants, cafés, and bars. Only a 12-minute walk to Brixton Village too! There are also plenty of independent shops, a Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Nisalocal and some great parks nearby (Ruskin Park, Myatt’s Fields, Brockwell Park). Also very close to King’s College Hospital if that is important to you!

Brixton is only about 10–15 minutes away, with loads more places to eat, drink and go out, plus the market and live music spots. It’s such a beautiful area to explore, and everything’s super well-connected, so getting into central is really easy.
