Double room in lovely, friendly flat

This is a double bedroom in a beautiful, three-bedroom flat five minutes walk from Oval tube. The room has a large closet space, a desk and chair and chest of drawers. The flat has a bright, airy lounge and is split-level, giving you a bit more space and privacy when you're relaxing in your room!

You'd be living with two lovely flatmates in their late twenties/early thirties, Jon and Conor. Jon works in media and Conor works in journalism. They are both fab - two very chilled and welcoming guys.

It's my flat - I am currently living in Australia hence why we're looking for a third person to move in! We are on the lookout for someone who's up for living in a friendly, calm, clean space. It's the type of flat where you can socialise together if you're in the mood - cooking together, movie nights, pub quizzes etc. But everyone also respects when someone's having a bit of quiet time /wants privacy. It's not a big party flat and please no smoking inside.

There's lots to do nearby. You've got Kennington Park right next door which is a lovely green space. Plus cafes dotted around the Oval area (check out Cable Cafe, brilliant cafe/late night bar!) and Camberwell is a 20 minute walk away, there's loads of cool restaurants/bars/bookshops etc to check out. Peckham is a short bus ride away too.

There's a Co-Op two minutes walk from the flat, a Tesco Express 10 minutes walk away, and Lidl/Tesco Superstore are about 15 minutes on the bus.

In terms of bills, heating is included, all other bills are extra and work out at about £85 per month. Internet is super fast.

Council Tax band is B.

As I mentioned, I'm in Australia but before that lived in the flat for years so I'm always on WhatsApp if you have any questions or want to let me know about repairs etc.
