Our house has a big living room, two dining rooms, kitchen and large leafy garden. It's in a great location in the heart of Camberwell - just between Church Street and Brunswick Park. It’s close to Burgess Park and Denmark Hill station with great bus routes into the rest of town.
Rent is £650 & is inclusive of council tax, with other bills coming to around £60-£80.
We are Fox (they), Gareth (he), Alice (she), Stephan (he) & Orey the cat, and we all work in the arts. We’re looking for someone aged 30+ (no couples), who is looking for a calm home environment, and something long term. LGBTQ+ friendly.
