Lodger in private basement bedroom in a large Victorian building. 1 comfortable double bed, work desk and chair. Use of 2 shared bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Access to the garden with dining table & chairs.

Please Note - the room is offered at a discounted rate as the tennant is expected to take on a small roll as "house manager" (Around 15 mins per day)
Daily jobs expected are, Ensuring front door is locked at night, check common areas are clean and no problems, let the porperty owner know your rough scheduel
(E. g be at the house at around 11/12pm each night to check all of the above) Inform the property owner of any maintenance issues if noticed.

All bills, taxes and WiFi included. Close to central London with easy transport links (walking distance to Oval tube station)
