ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The house is on a quiet cul de sac in Camberwell, just a 3 min walk from the high street - home to some brilliant pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is a small park around the corner with tennis courts. And it’s a short walk to Burgess Park too. The neighbours are also incredibly friendly!
The house has a good size kitchen, living room & bathroom, plus two small rooms used for storage & washing.
The room itself is ground floor & looks out onto the private back garden. It comes unfurnished, with plenty of space for a double bed & furniture.
The other two girls are in their early 30’s. They’ll be doing the viewings so you can meet them in person 😊 We also have a lovely landlady who is really responsive, whilst admin goes through the estate agents.
