I'm looking for someone to come live in this gorgeous property with me. You will have the master bedroom which has ample amounts of storage and space (my room is 1/3 of the size but I've been here for 2 years. The house is kitted out with everything that you need including a washer dryer and dishwasher.
There is a shared garden out back for enjoying some sun rays come summer. The house is surprisingly cool in summer and benefits from lots and lots of light.
6 Month contract but you'd be welcome to extended it and continue living without me.
rent is £1300 pcm excluding bills which comes to about £140 pcm, in the summer this will probably be cheaper. The estate agents are Daniel Cobbs and they have the been the best management company ever, any issues and it's fixed within a day or two.
Near Oval/elephant and castle underground stations transport is easy into central. Burgess park a few mins walk away for activity bits.
Move in date is the 14th April.
