£950 En-Suite Room in Camberwell/Brixton

Hi! Looking for someone to replace me in this lovely shared flat in the heart of Camberwell. The available room is a double with an en-suite and plenty of storage. The flat also comes with a spacious living room and kitchen area which is perfect for hosting, lounging, etc.

You will be living with two lovely ladies, Sophie and Dixie (and two cats, though they mostly stay in their room and never wander the flat). Sophie is a teacher so will be away on workdays and Dixie works partially from home/in-office. Both are very clean, respectful, and kind – and hoping to find someone similar.

Bills come to about £60-100 depending on the season. That includes energy, WiFi, water and council tax.

The location is great. Loughborough Junction is an 8 min walk away, Denmark Hill Station is 15 min walk, Brixton is 25 min walk, and you can catch a bus to almost anywhere in London from Camberwell. Camberwell has an endless supply of good food, pubs and wine bars, and places to catch some music in the evenings. Ruskin Park is also only 5 mins away and has (arguably) the best views of London skyline and has a sauna! I’ve really enjoyed living here and am only moving out to live with my partner.

The room is available from 14th April.
