We are looking for a third housemate to join us in our beautiful top floor Camberwell flat. We are a 15 minute walk from Oval (northern line) and 20 minute walk to both Denmark Hill (overground and train) and Loughborough Junction (train). Our current contract runs until July, with a possibility to renew after that. Bills are around £100 per month, fluctuating with the seasons. We are in council tax band C.
We've been living here for a couple of years and we love it. All rooms are spacious and we keep our home clean and homely. We are two queer women who work in charity. We are both quite busy and are looking for someone who would like to hang out and have dinner together every now and then, contribute to weekly cleaning, and share the space with us in a friendly way. We are both veggie/vegan. This is not a party house.
