This is the Room

We are looking for someone to take over a room in our beautiful, bright, modern flat, from April 20th until September. Rent is £1550 per month, with bills averaging around £200.

The flat has three bedrooms, but we use the third as a guest room / office, so it never feels crowded. The place was actually fully renovated by the landlord for himself before he moved to the countryside, so it’s finished to a much higher standard than a typical rental.

You’ll be living with a friendly couple who are tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. The flat has a relaxed atmosphere and works well for people with busy schedules who enjoy having a comfortable home to come back to.

The flat is very well connected:
• Between two Overground stations
• About a 5-minute cycle to Brixton tube (Victoria Line)
• Lime bikes right on the street, so getting around is very easy

It’s a great spot if you want quick access to Brixton, central London, and surrounding areas.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and happy to commit for the full period (April 20 – September).
