We have a bright double room available in large Victorian house in Camberwell SE5 in a quiet residential street close to Myatt's Field park.

We are a non smoking house. We don't mind if you smoke as long as it happens outside.

We're in zone 2, 10 mins from Brixton and Oval and 15 mins from Vauxhall and Elephant & Castle. We're very close to both King's College Hospital and Camberwell Arts College.

The house has three floors with bathrooms on each floor, the large shared kitchen is on the ground floor and has french doors opening to the garden.

The room available is a bright furnished double room for one person. A corner of the room has been made into an en-suit bathroom with a shower and toilet exclusively for the occupier of this room.

It's on the 2nd floor, recently decorated and has original wooden floor. There is currently a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a fold down desk but we are flexible to your needs and are happy to add or remove furniture.

Rent is £850 pcm inclusive of all bills, e. g. gas, electricity, water, council tax etc. One months deposit is required.

Viewings will start from week commencing 23.03.26 and the room is also available from that date.
