I live elsewhere with my wife and young daughter, and one of us occasionally stays in the second bedroom when working in London (typically around one night per week, and not every week). Most of the time you’ll have the flat to yourself, so it suits someone (or a couple) looking for a quieter, more independent setup rather than a full-time flatshare.
