Large double room in Brixton/ Camberwell

I am sadly moving out of our gorge shared home in Camberwell / Brixton so we are looking for someone to take over the large double room. £950pcm (excl. bills)… available from the 8th June (potentially a little flexible on this!)

📍 LOCATION:
The house is in a super location. Right beside Loughborough Junction stations (thameslink). A 10 min walk to Brixton station and also a 10 min walking to Denmark Hill station.
Those working in central, Loughborough Junction station takes you to Blackfriars in 10 mins with trains every 15 mins.

Ruskin park and Brockwell park nearby so great for green spaces.

There's tonnes of shops near the house with a Tesco, Co-op and Nisa. Nisa is 24hrs & a 30 second walk away so is super useful for any last minute needs.

👯‍♂️HOUSEMATES:
The flatmates are super friendly- always happy for a pub trip, cooking together, football/tennis, chilling with the TV - but also happy to respect your own space too. All people within the house met through Spare Room
