Creative home with Garden - 2 rooms available

Hi! I’m Alessia, 28, Italian, freelance interior designer. I’m looking for two people to share a home that actually feels like a cute creative space.
Ideally someone Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian or just someone who’s lived in different places and brings that kind of warmth, openness and curiosity with them. Someone communicative, friendly, and genuinely good at shared living.

The House
3 bedrooms · 1 bathroom · big kitchen · small garden

£700 per room · Bills not included · Council tax ~£50pp/month

There’s no living room, but the kitchen is large enough. There is space for a central table, good food, music, conversations and art !

The house has just been repainted white and the kitchen is brand new. In the photos it’s still unfurnished, but that’s part of the point. the idea is to find 2 people who will commit to make the house nice, repaint and get furnitures together !
Some bits can be given by the landlord, we can discuss that!

We also have a small garden, I’m already planning vegetables. 🌱

The Best Part

This house is a blank canvas, and we’re allowed to actually do something with it.
Paint the walls. Put up wallpaper. Hang art. Change the lighting. Make it ours.

I’m an interior designer , this is genuinely exciting to me, and I’d love to live with people who feel the same way. I want housemates who are up for this being a little creative project in our spare time, not just a place to sleep.
That said , keeping the space clean and looked-after is non-negotiable. Not obsessive, just the basic care a nice home deserves.

— 5 min walk to Loughborough Junction & Denmark Hill stations
— Direct trains to Victoria, Blackfriars, St Pancras, City Thameslink
— Walking distance to Ruskin Park
— Next to King’s College Hospital
— Close to Camberwell’s cafés, independent shops and art scene
— Brockwell Park and Brixton are a short ride away
— Peckham nightlife within easy reach
Lively without being chaotic.
