The flat is furnished. There is a very comfy Warren Evans bed, plus a beautiful set of walnut sideboards and double closet. Most of the space in the flat is in the living room, which is massive. The kitchen is big and the garden space is nice.

There are loads of nearby amenities: tennis courts, parks, jazz at the crypt, Copeland, great pubs and restaurants (tons), close to the Tate. There is an amazing renovated Victorian lido and gym across the street as well as a boxing gym with sauna. We are next to a cathedral and surrounded by good grocers with plenty of fresh produce.

There is shared access to the garden. It's nice for sitting out with a Pimm's or planting things in. Secure bicycle and car parking is available.
