It is in a flat/maisonette on the 4th floor.

The bedroom is situated upstairs with the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and front room all being shared.

There is a minimum three month stay.

There is myself and one other living in the property.

The area is quiet with a park out the back.

The local shop is only five minutes walk away and another ten minutes away on bus are all the major shops.
