Double room and roof terrace!

We are looking for someone to join our wonderful three-storey house, which includes a roof terrace! Kitty is unfortunately moving out to live with her boyfriend.

The room is a decent-sized double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and shelves. The room is quietly placed at the top of the house. The room is very bright and clean, and includes spotlighting.

The house has a huge bathroom with a shower/bath and lots of space. We have a separate living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern with plenty of storage. Fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer all included.

The sun sets on our roof terrace which includes furniture...and even more storage space! This includes a secure place for bikes.

Bills vary throughout the year and are roughly £50-£70 per month for all. We recently got Sky which is included in this amount! We also don't expect any admin fees for the new tenant to be added to the tenancy.

We are both young professionals; Sophie works in NHS management in Whitechapel and Liv in PR in London Bridge. We enjoy spending time together in the evening and weekends, but also socialise with our own friends and give each other space. We like our house to be sociable, as well as clean!

Camberwell is very lively with lots of brilliant pubs, bars and restaurants. It has great transport links and is a 5 minute walk to the Overground Line (Denmark Hill) and 10/15 minute walk to the Northern Line (Oval). You are within walking distance of Peckham, Elephant and Castle, Brixton, Oval and East Dulwich.

Kitty can be flexible with the move-in date if needed as well if we find the right person. We are looking for someone who will hopefully fit into our house (sociable, clean, enjoys a glass of wine!) and preferably working similar hours (Monday-Friday).
