Double room available in a very clean and relaxed house. There is three of us in the house currently.

Chiara (30) italia, Lee (50) british and Balazs (42) hungarian. Also there is a cat living with us.

The house is cosy, homey and clean, and relaxed atmosphere. It is the last house in a cul-de sac so couldn't be more peaceful, however the shops bus stops and amenities are very close. Camberwell's pubs and restaurants are around the corner, but the gym is close by too if you are on the healthy side :)
Nearest green space is Myatt-fields park about 3 minutes walk, the bigger ones are Kennington Park and Ruskin Park they are both equally about 15 minutes walk.

We would prefer to live with someone who appreciates a clean house and respects the personal space and peace of the housemates throughout the busy working days. Weekends are weekends :)

We have four bedrooms, a master bathroom with bathtub basin and toilet.
Another bathroom with shower cabin and basin.
On the ground floor there is a toilet with basin. Large kitchen with two fridges, gas cooker microwave, toaster, kettle etc.. cooking pots and plates, glasses etc.
The kitchen leads to our sunny decked garden that is perfect for barbecues or just chilling.

The price includes the rent and bills (council tax, fiber internet, gas, electricity, water, TV-licence, window cleaner.)

We decided to pay a cleaning lady to keep the house (communal areas) tidy once a week. That is £35 per person per month.

There is residents only parking on the street. To park there would cost about £20 a month.
