I have a double master bedroom for rent with its own bathroom, you will only be sharing the apartment with myself. The apartment has two bathrooms, so you have your own bathroom with both a bath and shower, the bedroom is bright and clean and newly renovated.

This apartment is a period conversion, with a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave etc .

There is wifi.

This would only suit a very clean and tidy person, as taking pride in my home is important to me.

The apartment is close to Myatt's field park, with all its amenities, community cafe, there are great shops and restaurants close by.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from kings hospital and 10 to 15-minute walk from the oval tube station. county grove bus stop is the closest and is a mere 5-minute walk away from bus 36, 185 and 436
the closet train station is Loughborough junction and Denmark hill.

there is no bike storage I am afraid to expect on the street.

The rent is £850 per month fully inclusive

There is a roof terrace/garden and not adverse to people smoking there, But absolutely no smoking inside the apartment

I am a professional person and often away from home and would suit someone who is respectful, tidy and clean
