Hi all,

We have a good-sized double room for a clean and considerate **woman** lodger, preferably with some experience of house-sharing - would be ideal for a mature professional. The room will be available from mid-August.

Very bright, great size, and quiet, as at the back of the flat. Comes furnished with double bed - built-in wardrobe - desk & office chair - fridge-freezer.

You'd be moving in with me (outgoing photographer and therapist); my younger brother (PhD student) and our cat. My brother is likely to be moving out by the end of the year.

**Must be ok with cats!**

The flat is on the first floor, 5 minutes from Camberwell Green. All bills are included in the rent. We all pitch in towards cleaning products, toilet roll etc.

We share the living room (with balcony), kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, fan-oven and gas hob), bathroom (with overhead shower) and separate toilet.

The flat has double glazing, central heating, wi-fi, washing machine and all the other usual stuff. Including a wii!

The flat is walking distance to Denmark Hill, Brixton, Oval and Peckham. It's also a quick bus ride to Elephant & Castle, & you can be in the middle of town within 30 minutes.

There's lots of shopping, a number of lovely cafés and a number of green spaces (eg Myatts Fields just down the road, Ruskin Park just up the road).
