Hi there,

I'm looking for a considerate and clean flatmate for my 2 bed flat in Camberwell / Brixton area.

The room is furnished and comes with a large built in wardrobe/storage space.
10min walk to Denmark Hill Station
5min walk to Loughborough Junction Station
15min walk or 7min bus ride to Brixton Tube Station

Walking distance from Kings College Hospital

Buses stop 50m from the door with night buses connecting to all of London.

There is lots of natural light in the flat, which is one of my favourite things about it.

About me:
I am 32, I work as a marketing executive for a travel company. I moved to London almost 10years ago from Belgium and speak French and Dutch, amongst other languages.
I work from home and I have a 9 month old kitten named Loki. He is very curious, constantly requires cuddles and hates to be left alone. His brother Mao also stays with us sometimes.

I like all kinds of music ranging from old school soul and funk, to new age mellow RnB and ethereal movie soundtracks all the way to KPop.
( think Jacob Banks, Hans Zimmer, Michael Kiwanuka, Donny Hathaway, Khalid, Melomance, Roy Kim, Suggi, RM… ).

I’m usually quite the loner and reserved around people I don’t know, but I tend to open up more around people I feel a connection to or get to know better over time. Even then, as an introvert with ADHD, I also cherish my much needed alone time to recharge from life.


My favourite way to connect is over a nice meal, I love cooking more for others than for myself. If you love Kdramas and the like we’ll also get along very well.
About you:
- Clean professional with references,
- absolutely must love cats because my Loki can easily be misunderstood by those who don’t understand cats
- Ideally over 25
- Enjoys a quiet, clean space
- No couples as the space would be too crammed for 3 people
- preferably No pets (just because the space is already packed as is with the current ones)
- Friendly and considerate of personal space

I’m not just looking for a Flatmate but hopefully someone I can genuinely be friends with as I’ve been able to do with all my previous Flatmates.

About the room:
The room is a small double bedroom, it comes furnished with a twin bed and bedside table, mirror, desk and a large built-in closet where I easily fit in standing (I'm 5'9) and walk back and forth and with storage above my head.

1 month deposit + 1 month rent upfront.

Viewings:

I'm free for viewings most evenings after 6PM, on weekends and sometimes during the day depending on whether I'm working from home or not.
