We are a friendly family with two young children (6 and 3 years old), looking for a lodger.

All bills included in the rent, but we are also hoping to incorporate some free babysitting within that. It would only be once the children are in bed, and up to a maximum of 4 nights a month.

This large garden-facing double bedroom is in a Victorian terrace house situated on a quiet residential street. The bathroom with bath and shower is shared, but the room comes with its own toilet. It is located on the first floor away from the living areas and other bedrooms (the rest of the family bedrooms are on the top floor). We have a large living/kitchen area which we are happy to share. We are mainly vegetarian so not up for someone who likes to cook a lot of meat!

There is also a small outdoor space with a picnic table at the front of the house which catches the afternoon sun.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Loughborough Junction station (with trains direct to the city in 15mins) and a 20 minute walk to Brixton and Oval tube stations, and Denmark Hill Overground. We also have a lovely park, Myatts Fields at the end of our road.
