It is situated in Rainbow Street, is very near to Burgess Park, which is a very large green space, which also has tennis courts. It is very near the bus stop in Wells Way with frequent 136 and 343 buses to Elephant and Castle tube; including a night bus. There is a Tesco Express 5 minutes away and a large Tesco across Burgess Park.
