Large room in a spacious roof terrace flat

Me
I split my time between Brighton and Camden so I will only be around half the week at most. I work as a beach guard and an economics teacher. I like sports, attempting to cook and exploring London.

Nam
Nam is super chilled and the most amazing cook. She works in fashion and works normal office hours.

We are hoping to find someone easy going and tidy ideally!

Furnished, contract length and deposit can be flexible.

Bills are not included and we split water, WiFi, council tax and electric bills which are around £100pm. You don’t pay for heating and are free to go crazy and have your radiator on max all the time if you like it toastie! We have also just had a new bathroom installed.

The flat has great transport links and a short walk from an amazing swimming pool/gym, the bars/shops/etc.

A new kitchen has recently been fitted along with artificial grass on the balcony. The flat also has a comfortable front room, separate toilet and shower room. There is a reasonable size hall with a coat and shoe rack.
