Friendly, relaxed & fun houseshare in Kentish Town

Two rooms available! Looking for sociable flatmates to join a lovely house share in Kentish Town!

My current flatmate is sadly moving out due to a new job but has loved living here for the past 4 years and my other flatmate has only lived here for a year but has settled in really quickly! I am looking for someone who will be a friend as well as a flatmate but who has their own thing going on too!

It's a friendly, sociable house who like to go for walks or a drink in the local pub, make dinner together and have a chat at the end of the day. The current flatmates have an active social life of their own but love a night in watching Fleabag and discussing this week's High Low too.

It's been important to us that we equally look after the house and make sure it's clean and tidy so it's a cosy and homely place to come back to after a long day.

I am a primary teacher and am looking for other young professionals who have a similar work-life balance. Although we sometimes have friends over, we wouldn't describe it as a party house!

The flat is a newly refurbished maisonette with own entrance and hallway with a shared living room and kitchen looking out onto gardens. It has a modern tiled bathroom with bath and shower and wooden floors throughout the house.

The first room available is a spacious double bedroom with ample storage space. Furnished with a double bed, mattress, shelves and a built in wardrobe.

The second room is a cosy and quiet room located at the back of the house overlooking gardens. Furnished with a double bed, mattress, build in wardrobe and underbid storage. There is also an additional storage space on the landing if needed.

Amazing location on Kentish Town Rd. 8 minute walk to Kentish Town Station and 10 minutes walk to Camden Town Station (Northern Line) and 5 minutes walk to Kentish Town West Overground. It's a buzzing area with close access to local shops, cafes and pubs and the gym. Easy walking distance to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Regent's Park.

There is some flexibility in moving dates but looking for someone to move between the middle of September and the 1st of October.
