Large double room in Camden house

Large double room available in our lovely, quiet, modern house, equal distance from Camden Town and Kentish Town tube stations - about 12 minutes’ walk from Camden Town station (super convenient for anyone working in Kings Cross/St Pancras/Euston).
The house is on a quiet garden square with plenty of lawn and some lovely, tall trees. Currently there are four of us in the house, two women and two men (including the landlord) - it is a large house - all professional, in their 30s and above. The house would suit someone who is fairly quiet, and independent, as although it’s a friendly house we tend not to socialise together much.
Central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, council tax, weekly cleaner all included in the monthly rent. We’re looking for a woman to join us, to keep the gender balance.
The room is a good size to accommodate a double bed, a desk and shelves, and a large wardrobe. It has a bathroom adjacent, which is shared with only one other person.
We all share the big kitchen, which has plenty of fridge space and two ovens as well as a microwave, and we all share an upstairs sitting room and a downstairs dining/sitting room and pretty secluded and quiet garden.
Twenty minutes' walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras, 12 minutes' walk to the heart of Camden and Camden Town tube, 6 minutes' walk to Camden Road overground station, 29 and 253 bus 3 minutes away for central London, 274 bus 3 minutes away for Islington or Lancaster Gate, and 390 bus 3 minutes away for points west and north.
Minimum rental period ideally four months - in fact people tend to stay for years!
