Great Double Bedroom in Camden Flatshare

Hey everyone,

I have a good sized, fully furnished double room available in a great part of Camden available mid/late September (move date flexible). Looking for a tentant to replace my flatmate who is selfishly leaving to go travelling.

The flat…
…is on the first floor and is light and airy, with high ceilings and big windows. There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/living area with a sofa and dining table. For two people it’s a good size, we’ve been living in it since March and it’s worked really well! Yours is a nice double room which comes with a double bed (incl mattress), chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The wardrobes in the bedrooms are huge which is useful for storage and there is more storage room under the bed. There is also space to leave a bike in the entrance hallway downstairs – I leave mine down there at the moment but if you have a bike I’m sure we can make room!

Transport…
One minute walk away from Camden Road Overground, which takes you to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) in 5 minutes, Hackney in 12 minutes or Hampsted Heath in 10 minutes. It’s a five minute walk to Camden Town on the Northern Line and you can also walk straight down Regent’s Canal to Kings Cross in 20 minutes. I work near Soho and it’s about 15 minutes by tube, 15 minutes by bike, 20 minutes by bus or 40 minutes to walk.

Location…
Probably the best feature! The flat is in Camden so all the shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are on your doorstep, but it’s also away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. There are great parks nearby too, it’s only 10-15 minutes to get to Hampsted Heath or Regent’s Park and there is a gym five minutes up the road. More importantly there’s a great, friendly local pub next door called the Old Eagle which we’ve had some great nights in!

Me:…
I’m really easy-going, clean and I work 9-6 (ish) Mon-Fri for a media agency. I’m generally out a lot at weekends with friends at pubs, parks the usual! During the week I’m also out quite a lot, so the flat would be yours a lot of the time. When I’m at home I’ll normally be cooking or watching Netflix / football etc, again just the usual!

I’m looking for someone similar who likes to share a beer and watch Netflix, but I’m also really easy going, so if you’re interested just get in touch!

The room is £812.50 with bills on top, bills are usually around £110 a month. Deposit is £812.50 and no extra fees. Available 5th October. The contract runs to 5 March 2020 at which point it can be extended for another 12 months.
