Unite Student St.Pancras Way Ensuite Room to Rent

An en-suite room at Unite Students St Pancras Way. It’s about 20mins walk to UCL and really close to Camden high street. About 10 mins walk to mornington crescent tube station and 4 mins to the nearest bus stop. The room is in a 6-room flat with a shared kitchen, your own private bathroom, and toilet. It is a modern/new room which is very clean and spacious. Bills and everything else is included so you can literally just move in. There are people coming to the kitchen to clean every week as well. You’d be taking up my contract, so paying £306 per week (rn the price of their only remaining room is £345 per week) The concierge people are super lovely and helpful, I’ve lived here for the past few weeks and it’s honestly a v convenient location and chill place to live. I’m moving in with friends so looking for a replacement tenant to take up my contract which is till beginning of September 2020. The photos are from the Unite Students website for the room which looks almost exactly the same as the room advertised here, photos of the exact room can be sent upon request. Should be noted that the beddings and decorations are not included in the room but I do have some furnishings such as towel rail, toilet brush, etc. that can be included upon negotiation.
