Comfy db in 2 bed, private garden + cats + hot tub

Hello!

From June 25th (though this can be pushed back for the right person) I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely two bed flat in the Chalk Farm / Kentish Town area of Camden.

The flat & room available:

The flat is bright and spacious on a quiet road, 7 mins walk from Kentish Town West overground and Chalk Farm underground. Kentish Town Thameslink is near too. We have a south facing private garden with a covered hot tub, and a cosy covered seating area (complete with a pizza oven and BBQ). Our kitchen has everything you need, including an air fryer and Nespresso machine. The lounge is spacious, with a smart TV offering Netflix, Disney+, Amazon. Also includes central heating, double glazing, council tax and broadband.

The double room is bright, airy and fully furnished with plenty of storage, (addition/removal of some of the furniture to suit your needs, is possible). It has recently been re-painted. The cost includes all bills - council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband.

A little about me and what I'm looking for:

During the week it’s just me here, as my husband is an army officer, but he comes home at weekends or some Thursday evenings and sometimes we go away, too. I work as a teacher so I’m out most of the day, so if you wfh that’s fine.. We also have two friendly cats who will keep you company! This means you need to like cats of course, especially as when I’m off for the school holidays I do go away for longer periods of time, so I’d need someone I can trust, who doesn’t mind feeding them and generally looking after them.

A little more about me.. I’m easy going, enjoy watching movies, arts and crafts, horse riding, dinner parties, baking, good food and wine, board games, etc. My husband is similar, easy going and he loves to cook, including for other people, so if you’re a foodie you’ll fit right in!

I am looking for a non-smoker, post graduate student or professional, ideally female, who is looking for a warm, friendly, and peaceful place to live and chill after work. I have lived with lots of really lovely post graduate students, over the years, who have worked both from home and at Uni, as well as some professionals.
