The room is a large double with views on to the leafy and quiet Camden Square. The flat has a large living/dining room, two balconies, kitchen and bathroom. You'll be sharing with two friendly and social women, 27 and 29 years old, working full time in market research and architecture.

Hampstead Heath is a 10 minute cycle away, and the Regents Canal Path a 5 minute walk. 10 - 15 minute walk (5 minute cycle) to Camden and Kentish Town for the northern line. 15 - 20 minute walk (5 minute cycle) to Kings Cross.

I'm moving to the US so looking for someone to take over my room. There are six months left on the contract, ends in Feb 2022, at which point it will be up to you and my flat mates to decided whether to renew.

Bills are not included in the cost and are about £90 per month for electricity, gas, internet and council tax.

The room will be unfurnished but the bed and mattress can be purchased if needed.
