Double bedroom near Regent Park/Camden

One double bedroom in a duplex top floor terrace house. Your room is facing the gardens so it’s very quiet. The duplex flat comes with a spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen comes with a washing machine with drying function, a dishwasher, an oven and two coffee machines. The bathroom is shared but I have two bath mats so we can claim one each. Bill is not included but we are on a fixed rate contract so that comes down to 45pounds per month. I’m a quiet professional researcher looking for a quiet individual with a relatively high hygiene standard, especially in the shared areas. My partner and I visit each other sometimes so he might be here for a few weeks during Christmas or I might be away in Canada during some other holidays like Easter.
